1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "444phjl" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://444phjl.net, including all associated mobile applications, software, and services.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on 444phjl and uses the Platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on 444phjl.

• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the Player using a supported payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 444phjl, you must register a Player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 444phjl. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 444phjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 444phjl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 444phjl customer support. Any Real Money Funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 444phjl are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 444phjl supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 444phjl account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 444phjl reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same account.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 444phjl aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your 444phjl account. These limits may be adjusted by 444phjl at any time with reasonable notice.
• Refused Transactions: 444phjl reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or in violation of applicable law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

444phjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. 444phjl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all active bonuses.
• Abuse of Bonuses: 444phjl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Modification of Promotions: 444phjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account prior to the modification.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 444phjl — including Cricket, Fishing, Live Game, Mines Gold, MG Live, Big Hammer, and Golden Land — are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. In addition, the following general principles apply:

• Random Number Generation: All non-live games on 444phjl use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. Results are statistically random and independent of previous outcomes.
• Live Games: Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers. Results are determined by physical game equipment and are not subject to RNG certification. Live game outcomes are final once the round is closed.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, 444phjl reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the Players' accounts. 444phjl's decision in such matters is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 444phjl. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on 444phjl, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity theft.

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of 444phjl.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 444phjl staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

444phjl is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take that seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming on 444phjl:

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, system outages, or connectivity issues beyond 444phjl's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services.

444phjl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 444phjl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of 444phjl following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of 444phjl, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 444phjl from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
